This post is to welcome you, let you know what you can expect from me and to share a little bit about Live Fit with Brooke.
I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and certified nutritionist. My work is mostly with women and my goal is to help women get stronger, be more active, have the knowledge to eat healthier and properly fuel their body. No matter what stage of life you are in, it is never too early or too late to focus on exercise, strength training and nutrition to live the life you want to live and be happy with your body.
I will be writing to share fitness tips, exercise motivation, workout ideas, 5-10 minute workouts, healthy eating strategies, recipes, nutrition advice and anything that will help women live fit. You can expect 1-2 blog posts weekly with content to inspire, motivate and educate you.
As I continue growing my business and reaching more people I will be taking the business to a virtual platform. I will continue to do in-person personal training and fitness classes, but will be launching virtual 1:1 and small group personal training & nutrition coaching and I will be doing live on-line workouts (10, 20, & 30 minute classes). Stay tuned for this to launch in May and reach out now if you are interested.
