Coaching and educating on how to eat healthy, make good decisions about food and fuel your body for longevity.
Personal training and nutrition go hand in hand.  Living healthy is a lifestyle; there is no magic pill. That is why you have coaches like me to help you on the journey.


60 minute nutrition consultations include assessment of current diet and hydration, healthy eating strategies, shopping suggestions, and reading nutrition labels.

Small Group Personal Training

Partner and small group personal training adds motivation, affordability, accountability and fun to your workouts while supporting similar goals.  

Get fit with your partner and hold each other accountable.


60 minute personal training sessions for 2 or more people.
