Nutrition Coaching
Coaching you on how to eat healthy, make good decisions about food & fuel your body for longevity.
Personal training and nutrition go hand in hand. Living healthy is a lifestyle; there is no magic pill. That is why you have coaches like me to help you on the journey.
60 minute nutrition consultations include assessment of current diet and hydration, healthy eating strategies, shopping suggestions, and reading nutrition labels.

Run Training
Let me create a training program that includes:
a running schedule based on your goals,
strength training program to improve your performance and mobility,
nutrition tips to fuel your body based on your activity levels and training schedule,
stretching and recovery practices to reduce your risk of injury or over training,
accountability and motivation,
and goal setting.
Half marathon, 10K, 5K and professional PT assessment training programs available.
