  • 1 – 1 hour 1:1 run/week

Additional training

  • 1:1 run coaching - $55/hour

  • 1:1 strength training session - $55/hour

  • Strength training for runners: 2 programs - $50

  • Core strength training for runners: 2 programs - $50

  • Stretching for runners program - $30

  • 5k & 10k training programs – ask for details
