Why bodyweight exercises?
Just by using the weight of your body and the power of gravity, you can build muscle, burn fat, and get a great workout!
You can do bodyweight exercises anywhere because you don't need any equipment, other than your own body.
Do a bodyweight circuit after a run, add midway on your walk or spend 5-10 minutes burning calories.
