Make the most out of your RUNs!

Short on time but need to get that run in? Make the most of your time with these tips:

🏃🏻‍♀️Add resistance with incline runs - run a bridge, hill or add incline on the treadmill.

🏃🏻‍♀️Add resistance with changing the footing - sand, trail running or grass.

🏃🏻‍♀️Add speed work - tempo runs, fartlek runs (blending endurance with speed) or sprints.
