How do you eat in a girl’s weekend?


I try to eat like I normally would, less home made meals of course, but I remain conscious of my food intake.  I do treat myself - usually with a piece of key lime pie. And let’s not forget the wine!

Want pancakes for breakfast? Make sure they are loaded with fruit and leave off the butter.  Have 1 egg on the side for protein. Skip the potatoes and have a side of fruit.

Feeling a little healthier? Have the fruit bowl with a muffin. And don’t forget to have 1 egg on the side for protein!

You have to enjoy yourself when you are traveling, but remember, everything in moderation.
