Happy June!

Happy June! I’m spreading the wellness with the easiest thing you can do for your body. The first thing you should do when you wake up is drink an 8 oz glass of water…every day. I know you’ve heard it before, but now you need to do it!

Remember that while we sleep we don’t drink a single drip of water. We need to replenish and hydrate to start the day off right!

It takes 21 days to form a habit. Start now and I guarantee you’ll feel great by the end of June! CHEERS.
