Happy June! I’m spreading the wellness with the easiest thing you can do for your body. The first thing you should do when you wake up is drink an 8 oz glass of water…every day. I know you’ve heard it before, but now you need to do it!
Remember that while we sleep we don’t drink a single drip of water. We need to replenish and hydrate to start the day off right!
