Tips to healthy grocery shopping.

🫐Make a list.

🍋Spend most of your time in the produce department.

🥬Your basket should be full of color.

🥭Shop for seasonal selections.

🥥Look for locally grown or made.

🍌Shop mostly on the perimeter of the store - produce, dairy, seafood, meats.

🥒Eat real food.

🍅Frozen fruits & veggies are always good to have.

🥑Always look at the ingredients - make sure the first several (if not all) are real & you can actually pronounce them.

These are a few things that I am very conscious about.
