đSpend most of your time in the produce department.
đ„ŹYour basket should be full of color.
đ„Shop for seasonal selections.
đ„„Look for locally grown or made.
đShop mostly on the perimeter of the store - produce, dairy, seafood, meats.
đ„Eat real food.
đ Frozen fruits & veggies are always good to have.
đ„Always look at the ingredients - make sure the first several (if not all) are real & you can actually pronounce them.
